Delivery

We will try and dispatch your order the same day if placed before 11am. If your order is placed after 11am or over the weekend, your order will be dispatched the next working day.

We offer competitive shipping prices for all online orders. Our standard* shipping rates are as followed

Delivery for orders without palletised goods between £0 - £250 (exc. VAT) - £15 carriage for boxed orders
Delivery for orders without palletised goods over £250 (exc. VAT) - Free Shipping

Palletised Lighting Deliveries
MOV Value £500.00 (exc. VAT) - Free Shipping
Below £499 - £50 carriage
To ensure the safe transit these products are required to be shipped by our pallet network due to size restrictions /fragile nature of the product(s)

To ensure the safe delivery of your order we ship all orders via our trusted carrier, DPD* who offer a next day, tracked service on all parcels. We aim for your order to be with you within 72 hours of placing the order online.

Although most of our orders go to delivery addresses in the UK, we are able to ship further afield to Ireland and the rest of Europe. Please be aware that delivery to these addresses will incur an extra charge depending on carrier rates at the time.

Order Amendments

We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. Because of this, there is a limited time frame in which we can amend your order. All orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be aim to be dispatched the same day. Therefore, we cannot amend any orders past this time.

There is a small window of opportunity to amend orders placed after 11am, so please get in touch with us as soon as possible to inform us of any changes and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


Returns

Our aim is to provide you with the best service possible, but we understand that sometimes you may want to return your order.

Please do not return your order to Supreme LED without contacting us first.

If you wish to return your order, please email sales@supremeled.co.uk with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Order Number / Invoice Number
  • Reason for return.

    If your items are faulty, we will get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible as soon as we have received your return.

    If your items have been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, take images of the damage to send over to us and keep all delivery documentation.

    If you have received the incorrect item, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing sales@supremeled.co.uk. If you have any questions about an item before you purchase, we will be more than happy to help to ensure you get the correct goods straight away.

    Please ensure the box is marked clearly and your order is returned in an unopened and re-sellable condition where possible - this includes the outer box and packaging that your lamps or fittings will be carried in.

    It is your responsibility to ensure the bulbs are returned to us safely, so please ensure they are packaged appropriately as we won't be able to refund for any breakages. We suggest taking a photo of the return in the packaging before you ship it back to us.
