When will my order arrive?
We aim to get orders placed before midday (Monday to Friday) dispatched on the same working day, however this is subject to change and dependent on how many orders are processed through the business on a single day. Once dispatched from our warehouse, all boxed orders should be delivered within 24 hours and pallets 48 hours.
Our Sales Support team will be in touch if there are any changes to your delivery.
How much is delivery?
We offer competitive shipping prices for all online orders. Our standard* shipping rates are as followed
Delivery for orders between £0 - £240 (inc. VAT) - £15 for boxed orders / £50 for palletised orders.
Delivery for orders over £240+ (inc. VAT) - Free Shipping
*shipping varies for certain buying groups or customer groups.
How do I open an account?
If you are a new trade customer, please fill out our contact form with your business information and a member of our team will be in touch with an account form.
If you are already a Supreme PLC customer and would like to register your account online, please get in touch with your account number and preferred email address to use as a username.
We do not accept guest / non-trade orders on Supreme LED for now.
Can I view and pay my balance online?
Yes, you can. Once you are logged in to your Trade account, go to the "My Account" section (in the top right hand corner of your screen) and click "Account Payment". This will show your current account balance. You can then enter the amount your would like to pay in the designated box. Clicking "Pay by Credit Card" takes you to our secure payment provider SagePay, where you will be instructed to enter your account information.
Please note that your account balance online will not be updated as soon as you make a payment.

Can I view my previous orders?
Yes, you can, even those you haven't placed online. Go to ‘My Account’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen and then ‘Your Account’. Select ‘Order History’, there you can choose if you would like to view the details of that order or see the invoice.
Please note if your order has more than one invoice (this could be due to a part back-order), then the invoice will not display.
