We will try and dispatch your order the same day if placed before 11am. If your order is placed after 11am or over the weekend, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
If your order comes to the value of £250 (ex VAT) or more, delivery will be free and for any orders less than £250 (ex VAT), the delivery charge will be £15.00, with the exception for palletised orders which will incur a fee of £50.00.
Less than £250 (ex VAT) - Boxed = £15.00
Less than £250 (ex VAT) - Pallet = £50.00
Over £250 (ex VAT) = FREE
To ensure the safe delivery of your order we ship all orders via our trusted carrier, DPD* who offer a next day, tracked service on all parcels. We aim for your order to be with you within 72 hours of placing the order online.
Although most of our orders go to delivery addresses in the UK, we are able to ship further afield to Ireland and the rest of Europe. Please be aware that delivery to these addresses will incur an extra charge depending on carrier rates at the time.
